Who ships my item?

Stylect works with different retailers to bring the best products and prices for you. We show products from hundreds of stores on our website. When you decide to buy a pair of shoes you will be redirected to retailers website and they will handle the purchase from then on.

That said, do not hesitate to contact us anytime at hello@stylect.com and we will help you track your package or help to solve problems if you have any.

How do I track my order?

When you purchase an item you will be sent an email by the retailer you are purchasing from. All tracking information will be listed there.

If you have any trouble with finding this information please contact us at hello@stylect.com with store name and order number if available.

How do I cancel my order?

Stylect has partnerships with many different stores. We do not ship products ourself, but redirect you to a specific retailer website. If you want to cancel your order, you will have to contact the retailer you are buying from.

How can I modify my order?

Changing your order might not always be possible. We at Stylect do not ship your items, the retailer you are buying from does. You should notify the customer support team of the retailer from which you made your order, and they might be able to modify or cancel it.

How long it will take to receive my order?

The time it will take for your order to arrive depends on:

  • The retailer you are buying from
  • The shipping option
  • The country you are shipping to

What if my order is unsuccessful?

Make sure the credit card information you entered is correct. This includes: credit card number, expiry date, personal details, billing address and ccv number.

Why do I see prices in unusual currencies?

We show our products in 3 major currencies: US Dollar ($), Euro (€) and Pound Sterling (£). For some countries we show their own currency. We try our best to add more and more countries with their own currency.

If you want to change your country on the website, you can click here, or click on the flag at the top right hand corner of a website. Keep in mind, that not all products can be shipped worldwide, so changing the country might make some items no longer available.

What do I do if a product is out of stock?

If you fall in love with a shoe, but it’s out of stock, you can add it to your wishlist and it will show up when it comes back in stock within the next few days. However, sometimes there is a possibility it will never be in stock again. It all depends on retailer selling the product - if it is out of stock for more than a week, we will remove it from our system and you will have to check the retailer’s site manually.

How do I shop at Stylect?

When you are ready to purchase a product simply click the “buy now” button. You will be redirected to the retailers website, they will take your order information and ship your order to you.

What shipping options are available?

Shipping options vary depending on the retailer. You can see estimated shipping prices for top retailers below. Keep in mind that this information is just a guideline; we try to keep it updated, but you will have to consult the retailers page to get the latest information.

What tax and duties will I be expected to pay?

You can buy from any international retailer that ships to you country, but bear in mind that sometimes you will be expected to pay taxes or duties. To know exactly how much they will be, check on the specific retailer website, when making the order.

When you want to order from Stylect you are redirected to a retailer’s website, the return policy depends on that retailer. Below you can see the returns policies of the top retailers. We try to keep this list up to date, but you will have to check the retailer's website for the newest information.
